Now take a moment to reflect and brainstorm your ideas and plans for your upcoming Mind Wellbeing groups. As you reflect, you may wish to consider the following questions:
Who are the participants? Consider if the participants you have in mind would be likely to bond and connect into a cohesive group.
How many participants will be in the group? What do you find to be an ideal group size for effective discussions?
Where and when will the group meet? Consider location, frequency, and duration of each session.
How will participants be reminded of upcoming sessions? Think about communication methods (email, messaging apps, etc.).
How do you plan to structure each session?
Do you have an opening icebreaker or group activity to build rapport?
Any challenges you anticipate, and how would you manage these?
How will you gather feedback from participants to improve future sessions?
