Fount Clinician

1. Purchase and Participation:

By purchasing the Fount Clinician course, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Participant Eligibility:

Fount Clinician is a professional development course, designed for psychologists and psychotherapists with the appropriate educational background and professional qualifications.

Participants acknowledge that the course is tailored for individuals with a foundation in psychology or related fields.

It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that they possess the necessary educational background to benefit from the course content.

3. Continued Professional Development (CPD):

Participants may be eligible to claim CPD points for completing the Fount Clinician course. However, it is their responsibility to check with their relevant professional bodies to ensure compliance with CPD requirements.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

All course materials, including text, images, videos, and audio recordings, are the intellectual property of the author.

Permitted uses are limited to non-commercial sharing of small excerpts or key insights, provided that proper attribution is given to the author (Sahba Saberi) or the Fount Clinician program.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use substantial portions of course materials, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without explicit permission.

Participants seeking permission for commercial uses must submit a request to info@fount.com.au, detailing the intended commercial use and outlining how the material will be utilised.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Fount Institute does not warrant or guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of course content. Participants are responsible for verifying the applicability of course materials to their specific circumstances.

6. Refund Policy:

Fount Institute offers a 7-day refund policy to ensure participant satisfaction. If, within the first 7 days of purchasing the course, a participant finds that it does not meet their expectations or learning needs, they may request a full refund. To initiate a refund, participants must contact Fount Institute at info@fount.com.au within the 7-day window. Refunds will be processed promptly upon confirmation of eligibility.

7. Unlimited Access Period:

Participants enjoy extended access to the course materials for an unlimited period after enrollment. This implies an extended timeframe without a set expiration date.

While every effort will be made to provide uninterrupted access, Fount Institute reserves the right to modify or revoke the access guarantee under certain circumstances. These circumstances may include platform limitations, unforeseen fees related to participant enrollment, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of modifications or revocation of access, participants will be notified in advance. Participants will be given a reasonable period to download designated course materials for retention.

Ownership and copyright of all course materials, including audio content, remain with Fount Institute, irrespective of changes in access.

Refunds will not be automatically issued in the event of modification or revocation of the access guarantee. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Fount Institute.

8. Incorporation of Author's Work:

The course may include excerpts from the authored work 'Mind Wellbeing: A Workbook & Manual for Achieving Mental Wellness and Healthy Relationships.'

Participants are granted permission to incorporate brief quotations or excerpts from 'Mind Wellbeing' into their therapy sessions, subject to adherence to the provided guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability:

Fount Institute shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the course, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Disputes between participants and Fount Institute shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be subject to arbitration or litigation in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Privacy and Data Protection:

Fount Institute acknowledges the importance of privacy and adheres to Australian privacy laws for the on-demand Fount Clinician online course. Personal information, including names, contact details, and professional qualifications, is automatically collected during the course purchase for record-keeping purposes. This information is securely stored and used solely for course administration, communication, and support. Trusted third-party service providers may be engaged for specific functions, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Participant data is retained only as long as necessary, and individuals have the right to request access or correction of their information. Enrolling in the course implies explicit consent to the outlined data practices.

12. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
